Trade Only Today has included the MM-CC-V1 Control Center and companion mobile app in its July 2026 Product Spotlight, reaching dealers, distributors, and boatbuilders across the US market.
The MM-CC-V1 was designed with the installer in mind as much as the owner. On startup, the unit runs an automated diagnostic protocol: it scans the entire lighting network, detects every connected fixture and interface, verifies firmware on each device, and applies updates in the background. Commissioning does not require walking the vessel to confirm every fixture is talking.
For integration, the controller connects to NMEA 2000 and Garmin OneHelm, so lighting control lives in the same interface as the rest of the vessel's electronics rather than as a separate system with a separate panel. It is purpose-built for 12/24V DC and for the environment those systems live in.
The unit manages up to 256 individual full-spectrum fixtures with 15 programmable preset scenes plus full custom scene creation. A Live View function gives at-a-glance control across the network through a single interface. The companion iOS app extends that control to a phone or tablet and pushes operating status alerts for fixture malfunctions and wider vessel power issues.
The MM-CC-V1 joins Metro Marine's lineup of underwater lighting fixtures, accessories, wiring, and mounts. It was designed to support not only today's fixtures but the full ecosystem of lighting solutions still to come.
