This rebate offer is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Only purchases by U.S. end-user customers with a valid U.S. mailing address are eligible; Metro Marine LLC. channel partners, resellers, agents, dealers, distributors, e-tailers and retailers are not eligible to participate. Employees, officers, and directors of Metro Marine LLC., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. This rebate offer applies only to the purchase of F-Series Full Spectrum & F-Series Single Color Underwater Lighting Fixtures from Metro Marine LLC. or authorized retailers. Purchases must be made between 4/1/25 and 5/31/25. The rebate amount is $100 on any Metro Marine Single-Color Underwater Light and $150 on any Metro Marine Full-Spectrum Underwater Light. Limit of one rebates per household. Applicable tax, if any, is the sole responsibility of the end-user customer.

To claim this rebate offer, the following documents must be submitted:
(a) a completed rebate form;
(b) proof of purchase from an authorized dealer, clearly showing the purchase date, retailer and qualifying product(s);
(c) the original serial numbers of all qualifying product(s).

Submissions must be made via email by attaching scanned copies of all required documents in an email to: rebates@metromarinelighting.com. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for processing from the date your submission is received. All rebate claims are subject to Metro Marine LLC. final review and approval. End-user customers should keep copies of all rebate submission documents; all documents submitted to Metro Marine LLC.  become the property of Metro Marine LLC. and will not be returned. Metro Marine LLC.  retains the right to request additional information when processing a rebate submission request. Metro Marine LLC. is not responsible for lost, late, missing or illegible rebate submissions, or misdirected submissions. If a rebate submission is incomplete or fails to meet any of the rebate terms and conditions, no rebate will be issued. All rebates will be issued in the form of American Express Prepaid Gift Card. This rebate offer cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts. This rebate is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products. 

Any fraudulent submission or attempt to obtain multiple rebates in violation of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification and potential legal action. Metro Marine LLC.  reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the rebate process.
